Molecular dynamics allows us to have a microscopic view of the displacement of particles subject to a Newtonian force field. Due to the advance in the computing capacity of the CPUs, it is possible to perform and visualize simulations in mobile devices in real time.
Here we present a molecular simulator that allows you to choose the temperature and density of the system to be able to explore in a visual way the phase diagrams for 2D systems.
